HYTOR sells subsidiaries as of 30 April 2011

Dear Sirs,

As of 30 April 2011 HYTOR A/S sells the subsidiaries:

• HYTOR Ventil og Fitting A/S
• OOO HYTOR V&F (Russia)
• Ejendomsselskabet HG ApS

At the same time HYTOR A/S buys Palle V. Pedersen’s and Finn Høst’s shares of ownership in HYTOR A/S, so that Niels G. Langerhuus and John Hansen will in future be the sole owners of HYTOR A/S.

Palle V. Pedersen and Finn Høst resign from their positions in HYTOR A/S on the above-mentioned date.

The sale of the above-mentioned companies means that HYTOR A/S stops as an authorised sales and service centre for Swagelok in Denmark and Russia.

HYTOR A/S will continue focusing on sale, service and rental of pneumatics, compressed air, hydraulic lifting cylinders, hydraulic torque wrenches and tensioners, dosing techniques and process equipment for production systems on and offshore.

HYTOR A/S will maintain its own technical department and workshop fully equipped for design, construction and testing of complete system solutions.
